CHAIR-HOW-TO: Download Files
OVERVIEW
The files that are able to be downloaded are:
- Submission Files
- Supplemental Files
- Submission and Supplemental Files
- Author Feedback Files
- Camera Ready Files
- Copyright Files
- TPMS Scores
PREREQUISITE
Knowledge of basic zip file retrieval and extraction.
DOWNLOAD SUBMISSION FILES
- From the ‘Chair Console’ click ‘Actions,’ then select ‘Download Submissions>Submission Files.’
- Save the file locally.
DOWNLOAD SUPPLEMENTAL FILES
- From the ‘Chair Console’ click ‘Actions,’ then select ‘Download Submissions>Supplemental Files.’
- Save the file locally.
DOWNLOAD SUBMISSION AND SUPPLEMENTAL FILES
- From the ‘Chair Console’ click ‘Actions,’ then select ‘Download Submissions>Submission and Supplemental Files.’
- Save the file locally.
AUTHOR FEEDBACK FILES
At the Chair's discretion, Authors may be allowed to upload an Author Feedback file in addition to filling out the form. This download is for the file only. To get the answered questions from the Author Feedback form, go to 'Actions,' select 'Export to Excel>Author Feedback.'
- From the Chair Console, click ‘Actions,’ select ‘Author Feedback>Download Files.’
- Save the file locally.
DOWNLOAD CAMERA-READY FILES (BULK)
- Once all of the camera-ready files are uploaded, the Chair may download the files. From the Chair Console click 'Actions,' select ‘Camera Ready>Download Files.’
- Save the zip file locally.
DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHT FILES (BULK)
- From the Chair Console click 'Actions,' select ‘Download Copyright Files.’
- Save the file locally.
DOWNLOAD CAMERA-READY FILES (INDIVIDUAL)
- To download the Camera Ready files for a particular paper, go to the end of the row in the Submissions tab of the Chair Console, click 'More,' select 'Download Camera Ready Files.'
- Save the file locally.
DOWNLOAD COPYRIGHT FILES (INDIVIDUAL)
- To download the Copyright Files for a particular paper, go to the end of the row in the Submissions tab of the Chair Console, click 'More,' select 'Download Copyright Form Files.'
- Save the file locally.
DOWNLOAD TPMS SCORES
- From the Chair Console click 'Actions,' select ‘TPMS>Downoad Scores.'
- The TPMS page has 3 radio buttons; one for Reviewers’ scores, one for Meta-Reviewers’ scores and one for Senior Meta-Reviewers’ scores. Select a radio button then click ‘Download.’ Repeat for the other roles.
- Save the file locally.
