Adding a User to a Role

Single-Track Conference

User must have a valid CMT account.

1. From the 'Chair Console', select 'Users' tab>'Conference User.'
2. From the 'Manage Conference Users' page, click ‘Actions>Add User to Role.’
3. Enter the registered user’s email. Click 'Search.'
4. Click 'Add This User to Conference.'
5. In the 'Manage Roles' dialog box, click '+ Add Role' and select (one of the choices)
6. Save the changes

Multi-Track Conference

User must have a valid CMT account.

1. From the 'Chair Console', select 'Users' tab>'Conference User.'
2. From the ‘Manage Conference Users’ page, click 'Actions>Add User to Role.'
3. Enter the registered user’s email. Click 'Search.'
4. Click 'Add This User to Conference.'
5. In the 'Manage Roles' dialog box, click '+ Add Role' and select (one of the choices)
6. Click the '+ Add Tracks' dropdown and select the desired track.
7. Save the changes
