Reviewer Assignment View-Only Cheat Sheet

For Reviewers to ONLY VIEW Assignments
1. Set 'Review Submission' activity to 'Enabled' and an end-date set in the future (do this for each track separately)
2. Make sure 'Do not show non-revision papers during reviewing' is not checked in Settings>Features>Review.'
3. Set the 'Read Only' column in the Chair Console to 'Yes' for those papers.
