- On the ‘Edit Meta-Reviewer Assignments’ page we see MetaReviewer One already had Paper ID 10 assigned. We will add Paper ID 9 to MetaReviewer One by checking the appropriate box in the Assign column.
Note
If the Meta-Reviewer is to be removed from the assignment, just deselect the checkbox.

- Click the ‘Submissions’ tab to return to the ‘Chair Console.’

- Verify MetaReviewer One is the Meta-Reviewer on Paper IDs 7, 8, and 9.

REMOVE META-REVIEWER
The Chair can remove a Meta-Reviewer by using 'Manage Roles' in the 'Manage Conference Users' page or removing the Meta-Reviewer from the 'Manage Meta-Reviewers' page.
Note
If it is a multi-track conference, the track needs to be selected first.
Go to the 'Manage Meta-Reviewers' page and locate the Meta-Reviewer that is to be removed
Go to the end of the row and click 'More->Remove'

Important
If the user has only that one role of Meta-Reviewer (in that one track, if it's a multi-track conference) that user will no longer be in the conference.
If the Meta-Revievewer was also an Author, the user will remain as such in the conference.
