CHAIR HOW-TO: Meta-Reviewer Sees Review Aggregates
OVERVIEW
The Chairs may want Meta-Reviewers to see an aggregate of answers to valued-review questions in their Meta-Reviewer Console.
A valued-review question is a review question with a weight assigned to multiple choice answers.
The Reviewer answers these questions when giving their review of their assigned paper(s).
The answers, in turn, will show up as a numeric value in the Meta-Review Console and also the Chair Console.
Note
This is not the same as Meta-Review aggregates. This is for Meta-Reviewers to see Review aggregates.
PREREQUISITE
The Review forms have value added questions. Follow this guide to create the questions.
Important
For Multi-Track conferences the desired track must be selected from the Track dropdown before this feature can be enabled. Everything after track selection is the same as a single-track conference.
REVIEW SETTINGS
- Go to the Review settings page, enable 'Show aggregate columns on consoles' and save the change.
META-REVIEW SETTINGS
- Go to the Meta-Review settings page, enable 'Show aggregate columns on consoles' and save the change.
META-REVIEWER CONSOLE
- After the reviews are made, the Meta-Reviewer will see the review aggregates in the Meta-Reviewer Console. In this instance, there is one value added question.
Note
If the Reviewer has not answered the questions yet, there will be no aggregates.
CHAIR CONSOLE
The Chairs will see the Review aggregates in the Chair Console. See 'Related,' below, for Meta-Review aggregates.
