This guide will help regain access to your CMT account.
Use a computer, not a smartphone or tablet.
IMPORTANT: Browsers must be the most current version or there will be issues.
IMPORTANT: Clear your browser cache.
Follow this guide to reset your password.
When you successfully reset your password, use this link to log into CMT:
Do not use any saved credentials.
If there are issues receiving the emails from CMT, check your spam/junk folder. If they are not there, please contact your university/work IT department and have them whitelist '@msr-cmt.org.'
Please be patient when waiting for the password reset email.
