HOW-TO: Lost Email Access

There may be times when you will lose access to the email with which you have your CMT account and thus are unsure of what to do.

It all comes down to two possibilities - access to CMT or no access to CMT.

CMT ACCESS

If you can log into CMT with the email with which you lost access, then follow this guide.

All that is needed is to just change the email to one that is NOT already a CMT account.

NO CMT ACCESS

If you cannot log into CMT with the email with which you lost access, you will need to create another CMT account with a different email, then create a support ticket.
